Order Cancellation:
- Once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds & Replacements:
- Under normal circumstances, we do not provide refunds or replacements for orders that are already in transit or delivered.
- If a refund request is raised for any reason, it will be reviewed by our team.
- In case a damaged or broken package is delivered, the issue will be investigated by our team.
- For investigation, a clear unboxing video showing the damaged product is mandatory and must be shared by the customer.
- Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited back to the original payment method.
